We renew our line in 2010 and continue our production services with a faster and more reliable, fully automatic SMD lines. In our SMD assembly lines, we can perform leaded and lead-free solder paste assembly and glue process.<\/p>\n<p>Using temperature control features of our 9-zone oven in our line, we can perform both soldering and glue process operations separately and at the same time.
