Our Electronic Boards
SMD Assembly Line
We have 3 SMD Assembly lines with PCB loader, magazine loader, NG-OK magazine unloader, fully automatic Screen Printer, SPI, AOI, Pick and Place and X-ray machines and 9 zone reflow soldering oven.
Automatic THT Assembly Line
We provide automatic TH component assembly using Axial and Radial assembly machines.
Manuel Assembly Line
We have 3 manual assembly lines for TH components which are not suitable for automatic production. Two of them are lead-free and one of our lines used for leaded production.
Soldering Stations
We have separated areas for leaded and lead-free soldering stations fully equipped according to international standards.
Wave Soldering Station
We perform Soldering Process with fully automatic nitrogen and semi-automatic wave solder pots.
Zero defect manufacturing
Our goal is to deliver zero defect product to our customers, that is why after SMD and THT production, our experienced staff is making final control of all electronic boards.
Testing
We perform test operations with specific FCT and ICT equipment to the products.

All written or oral data, documents, information and materials required for production provided by our customers are completely confidential and never shared with third parties
