We have 3 SMD Assembly lines which are equipped with PCB loader, magazine loader, NG-OK magazine unloader, completely automatic Screen Printer, SPI, AOI, Pick and Place ve X-ray machines with 9 zone reflow soldering oven.

In order to meet all kinds of our customers needs and requirements, in 2007 we invested in high capacity and precision SMD assembly line. We renew our line in 2010 and continue our production services with a faster and more reliable, fully automatic SMD lines. In our SMD assembly lines, we can perform leaded and lead-free solder paste assembly and glue process.

Using temperature control features of our 9-zone oven in our line, we can perform both soldering and glue process operations separately and at the same time. Also we have an opportunity to perform soldering operation on both sides of the electronic board at the same time.

PCB Loader

We have 3 SMD assembly lines which are equipped with PCB loader, magazine loader, NG-OK magazine unloader, completely automatic Screen Printer, SPI, AOI, Pick and Place ve X-ray machines with 9 zone reflow soldering furnaces.

Solder Paste

Our fully automatic screen printer machine performs solder spread process using definite stencils specially produced for each printed circuit board.

Solder Paste Inspection

SPI machine is able to fix solder paste defects that provides an opportunity to get rid of defected boards before they will be used in production process. While performing this process, we can examine the solder height with 10 micron precision using 3D feature of SPI machine.

Pick and Place

Using our P&P machines, we can assembly to PCB 360.000 component per hour with definite coordinates, appropriate angle and height.

Automated Optical Inspection

With our AOI machines, we are able to perform all the final control operations such as detecting soldering defects, wrong position of the components and detecting any errors in the manufacturing process that assures process quality before the boards are moved to the next manufacturing step.

NG/OK Unloader

After AOI operations, we use NG/OK Unloader to separate good/bad PCBs. Non-defected boards approved by our machine are loaded into the “OK” magazineof the NG / OK unloader and the defected boards are loaded into the “NG” magazine and then they transferred to our repair station for the necessary rework operations.
